Industrial filtration technology is one of the pillars of modern, environmentally conscious production. Proper solid-liquid separation not only improves the efficiency of the technological process, but also supports the treatment of the resulting waste water and the recovery of secondary raw materials. The following is a summary of what you should pay attention to when choosing a filter press.

The particulate size, dry matter content and chemical nature of the filter material fundamentally determine the type of filter press and the material of the filter cloth. Aggressive, chemically loaded Media require a corrosion-resistant design and individually made-up, chemically resistant filter fabric.

The chamber filter press is a simple, robust solution, while the membrane design allows for lower moisture content and shorter cycle times by post-pressing the filter cake. The choice is made taking into account the need for a drier filter cake and the operating costs.

The control cabinet, PLC-based process control and automatic paging significantly reduce manual labor requirements and increase operational safety. In explosive environments, ATEX-designed equipment is required.

The right filtration solution always starts from the given technological task. In case of individual needs, it is worth choosing a complete solution from design to commissioning from one source.
